High Intensity Surrender

At the burning bush, Moses asked God who he should say had sent him. God answered: I AM WHO I AM. Self-existent. Needing nothing. Defined by nothing outside Himself.
Everything we are is derived from Him. We have no being of our own to defend, no strength of our own to protect, no name of our own to make. The name is possessive on purpose — it does not describe what these men are, it declares whose they are.
High Intensity because the training is real and it will cost you. Surrender because that intensity is aimed at yielding, not at conquering. Every ounce of effort here goes toward getting a man out of the way so Christ can move through him.
Son → Servant → Soldier
A son receives. A servant stoops. A soldier obeys. In that order, always — before Christ ministered, the Father declared His pleasure in Him. A man who forgets this turns training into religious performance.
This is not a Bible study
It is not a men’s group either. It is training — twenty-two cycles across roughly two years, a coach who knows your patterns, a squad of five to eight, and a daily rhythm you are held to. Year two runs the same mountains at higher altitude.
Most of it is not structured. Business decisions, marriage, parenting, conflict, temptation, money, interruptions — the objective is not to detach you from your responsibilities but to change how you inhabit them. Life is the training ground.
Every cycle moves the same way

Scripture, tactics, examples. He understands the lesson.
- Live
Ordinary life exposes whether the truth actually penetrated.
- Go
The assignment leaves the classroom and enters the real world.
- Debrief
What resisted? What did God teach? Nothing is learned until it is brought back.
The culture
- Identity
- We fight from sonship, never for sonship.
- Grace
- The scoreboard measures training, not righteousness.
- Discernment
- Obey quickly when God is clear. Test carefully when the impression is not.
- Meekness
- Strength under God's control.
- Correction
- Easy to correct. Quick to repent. Hard to offend.
- Hiddenness
- If only God sees it, it still counts.
- Leadership
- Authority serves. It never controls.
- Mission
- People are not the enemy. People are the mission.
- Failure
- Fall quickly. Repent quickly. Rise immediately.
- Family
- The home is the first mission field, not the price paid for ministry.
- Training
- Life is the training ground.
- Celebration
- We do not manufacture celebration. We respond to what the Spirit is doing.
- Deployment
- Die. Live. Go. Debrief.
- The centre
- If we become more impressed with ourselves, we missed Jesus.
- The name
- We are not our own. We are HIS.
Every man has a Jerusalem
Home first, then outward. For a married man that is his wife and children. For an unmarried man it is parents, siblings, housemates, closest friends, the church family he serves, the younger men he is raising up.
Singleness is not a waiting room here, and it is not spare capacity either. Paul was unmarried and fathered more sons in the faith than most married men ever will. A man’s spiritual weight is not measured by his marital status.
What this is not
- A replacement for your local church, your pastor, or the body you belong to.
- A product. Everything original is free; books you buy yourself.
- Something that takes you from your family. If the training hurts your home, it is being done wrong.
What we keep, and who reads it
Your coach reads your record because you grant him that on Covenant Day — not because he holds a role. You can withdraw it at any time, and he will be told that you did, because nothing here is taken back quietly.
Anything you mark sealed is between you and God. No coach, no administrator, and no future feature can open it. If you flag that it needs eyes, your coach is told something exists — never what it says.
What is confessed among brothers stays among brothers. The only exceptions are written down before they are ever needed: danger to life, protection of the vulnerable, and the law.
The supreme test
If this training makes us more impressed with ourselves, we are failing.
Intensity is not the goal. Discipline is not the goal. Brotherhood is not the goal. Authority is not the goal. Jesus is.
Count the cost first (Luke 14:28). Then ask — a coach will talk with you before anything begins.
